Upon your arrival, please proceed to our Reception Counter located behind the Cabana 2281 to collect your keys. Kindly provide your booking number to our dedicated Resident Manager, Saleh, at +6019-270 2281. If you have any questions or require assistance, please feel free to contact our team at this number. They will be available to attend to any needs you may have during your stay to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Please note that a RM100 refundable deposit will be required during your registration upon arrival. This deposit serves as a precaution to cover any damages or additional cleaning expenses if needed. We kindly remind you to be mindful of the villa during your stay.

Check-in is from 1500 hrs. Check-out is until 1200 hrs. Please inform the Management if you need to make a different arrangement on your check-in/check-out time.

The official check-in time is at 1500 hrs. If you would like to check in earlier, we are happy to make arrangements for you, subject to availability. If no cabana is available for early check-in, we welcome you to hang out at our Reception Counter.

All departures after 1200 hrs will be considered as late departure and additional cost of RM50.00 per hour will be applied to the guest. If check-out is after 1800 hrs, an extra night including breakfast, will be charged. Please check for details with the Management.

Cabana 2281 is a small privately-owned villas. We are neither a hotel nor a resort; we are a semi fully serviced homestay.

Main House (Sea View) – RM2000 per night / 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / 6 guests (maximum capacity: 9 guests)
Side Chalet A (Sea View) – RM600 per night / 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / 2 guests (maximum capacity: 4 guests)
Side Chalet B (Sea View) – RM600 per night / 1 bedroom / 2 guests (maximum capacity: 4 guests)
Rear Chalet (Garden View) – RM600 per night / 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / 2 guests (maximum capacity: 2 guests)

Please note that the Rear Villa will only be available from August onwards.

For the most comfortable experience, we encourage our guests to book for 2 people per Side Chalet and 6 people for our Main House. Though the villas are spacious and may seem like they could accommodate more, they have been specifically designed to provide an exceptional experience for these group sizes.

For the Side Chalet, the maximum capacity is 4 people, while the Main Housecan accommodate up to 9 people at one time.

There are strict capacity rules at Cabana 2281, and we need to know all guest numbers, including children, before arrival.

The maximum number of guests allowed is very important as it contributes to the total occupancy for the entire property.

If we allow one unit to exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, then we would have to allow other units to do the same. If we do that, Cabana 2281 will become overcrowded.

Hence, the SOP is in place to ensure that even when we are fully booked, the property is not crowded, providing guests with a comfortable stay.

Our rates are based on the number of guests. The minimum rate starts from 2 adults for Side Chalet and 6 adults for the Main House.

The rates for additional guests sharing the same chalet at Cabana 2281 are as follows:

Adults: RM150.00 per adult per night

Children: RM75.00 per child per night

These rates include an extra bed.

However, if you are bringing your own mattress:

Extra-guest with no bed, no breakfast, and no particular setup: No additional charges. (provided the total number of guests does not exceed the maximum capacity of the chalet).

Yes, we do, but our compound area is not baby-proofed or child-proofed. Children on the premises must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. We’ll not be responsible for the safety of babies or children during your stay.

We always try to accommodate your needs and ensure you enjoy your stay with us. Toddlers and babies under 6 years old can stay for free when sharing a bed with their parent(s), with no extra charges.

There are strict capacity rules at Cabana 2281, and we need to know all guest numbers, including children, before arrival. Babies or very young children sharing existing bedding with parents are permitted. Additional beds can be requested at an extra charge and are subject to availability.

You may have visitors in your villa, but they must be registered and approved by the Management. Visits are allowed until 2200 hrs. In the case of extended visits (after 2200 hrs.), an additional charge of RM150 per person per night will be applied as a supplement for the next guest.

Having a good time and celebrating with family is part of a great holiday! Most of our neighbors live here full-time, so no parties are allowed. When it comes to entertaining outside guests or hosting a gathering with more people than the accommodation’s capacity allows, permission is required.

However, small gatherings with prior approval must comply with noise rules. Please keep noise levels down, especially during late hours, between 2300 hrs and 0800 hrs, to avoid disturbing the peace of other guests and neighbors.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed within the chalet. You are are not allowed to bring any live or dead animals including fishes, shellfish or other sea creatures into the chalet.

Smoking is prohibited inside the chalet. There are designated smoking areas outside the chalet and also a public smoking zone situated at the Reception Counter. Please use the ashtrays provided to dispose of cigarette butts.

No. The chalet are cleaned prior to your arrival and after departure. The Management is not obliged to clean and tidy up during your stay. If you stay for more than 3 nights, the chalet will be cleaned on the 3rd day. It is advisable to keep it clean and tidy as you would in your own home.

The closest airport is Sultan Ismail Petra Airport (Kota Bharu), located 50-55 km from Cabana2281, and approximately a 1 to 1.5 hours journey by car.

Our villas can accommodate less than 18 people at one time. Events such as weddings usually involve large crowds, which we unfortunately cannot accommodate. However, if your wedding is intimate and involves fewer than 20 people, we might be able to host it.

For photoshoots and filming, additional charges will apply.

Yes. Wi-Fi internet is free and available throughout the villas.

A fully-equipped kitchen is only available in the Main House; for our side cabana, we only have a pantry.

However, heavy cooking that involves grilling and deep frying is not allowed as it will cause discomfort for incoming guests due to the scent. For further guidance on cooking-related activities, please consult our Resident Manager.

Yup, we got you covered! We have shampoo/shower gel dispensers in the bathrooms.

Yes. Every cabana has its own iron and hairdryer. However, you may request for ironing board from our reception counter.

We only provide shampoo and shower gels in the bathrooms. You are required to bring your own additional toiletries.

Fresh towels are provided in our rooms. To help us conserve the environment, towels will not be replaced daily during your stay at the villa. If you need more towels or require a change, please feel free to contact our on-site team. These towels are intended for use exclusively in the rooms. Please do not use them outside or take them to the beach.

Please note that Cabana 2281 are not wheelchair-friendly or accessible for individuals with disabilities or reduced mobility. The presence of stairs and uneven surfaces may pose challenges for guests with mobility issues. However, if you require assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our team members.

No, we do not provide baby cot.

Cabana 2281 have provided a designated parking area for guests’ convenience. Please ensure to lock the car and do not leave valuables in plain sight. The Management is not liable for any damage or loss of vehicles while parked on the compound.

Washing machines and dryer are available for your convenience. Laundry services can be arranged through the reception counter at reasonable rates.

Unfortunately, no.

Yes, there are restaurants and shops nearby, but you will need to travel to them by car as our place is in a secluded area.

We do allow guests to bring outside food and beverages. However, there are certain cuisines that aren’t recommended to be brought in. Please refer to the Management for additional information.

Yes, Foodpanda and Grab are available in Kelantan.

OPTION 02 : BBQ Rental – We provide all BBQ tools and equipment necessary, as well as a grill (cooler box not included). The meat preparation and the cooking is handled by you. If you need any help to start the fire please do not hesitate to inform our on-site team.
