Check-in and Check-out

Self check-in, check yourself in with the lockbox from 3 PM, check-out by 12 PM.

All departures after 12 PM will be considered as late departure and additional cost of RM50.00 per hour will be applied to the Guest. If check-out is after 6PM, will be charged. Please check for details with the Management.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within the specified time frame will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after the specified time frame will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation cost.
No-shows or early departures will be charged the full reservation amount.
